Our team is responsible for providing prompt and courteous service within a functional area of the call center. The position is responsible for supporting customer accounts and/or business processes to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to business goals in our Collections, Care, Credit, or Dispute teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to existing customers
- Perform account level research and advise customer of products that may benefit them
- Stay up to date on all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products, and upgrades
- Update account information and complete accurate documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of college education
- Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift
- Call-center experience is an advantage but NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
