JOB DESCRIPTION:

Respond, communicate and coordinate with banks, merchants about their needs.



Responsibilities and Duties:


● Respond to queries from merchants about transactions.


● Analyse data and report to merchant or bank if needed.


● Communicate with the bank for merchants and vice versa.


● Process and sort transactions from the previous working day for analysis.


● Gather data from the internet if necessary.




Requirements:
  • Must have strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be proficient in English both Written and Verbal
  • Have basic computer knowledge.
  • Can multitask
  • Must be detail oriented
