Requirements:
-Native Japanese holding permanent residency in the Philippines or Filipino fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing, typing)
-Must be fluent in English
-CSR Experience is an advantage but not required
-Must be willing to work in Alabang
Responsibilities:
-Resource internal staff and track progress of jobs across multiple departments to ensure adherence to preset schedules
-Maintain chronological archive of each project
-Regularly communicate with the project team to ensure all departments are apprised of job status and handoffs
-Maintain and update daily/weekly traffic status report; lead daily/weekly status meetings
-Handling NON-VOICE telecommunication account
-Provide customer service to Japanese customers through email or chat only
-Will only handle phone calls if extremely necessary
